POP ART  student dormitory located on a large area of the south campus of Eastern Mediterranean University, the rooms are preferably designed for single, double, and suites as well as studio and king rooms. The dormitory opened its doors for the students in September 2017 and has the best quality and price. POP ART DORMS; changed the ordinary concept of the dormitories. POP ART DORMS; It is not a temporary place for accommodation, it is a motivation center designed for education and a fully equipped with a social life centers.

All the faculties at EMU campus are within walking distance and very close to Famagusta city center. We have a market, restaurant, cafe, game room, movie theater, sports center, study room, hairdresser and laundry service. Our dormitory designed separately for girls and boys totally for 700 students. We have rooms with a garden view to feel  the comfort of your home. Common areas in the dormitory will be cleaned daily and all rooms are cleaned two times in  a week. There is 24 hours security system services are provided in the dormitory. Also there is 24 hours cold and hot water is available for all the rooms.

The dormitory consist of  2 blocks for males and females seperately. There are two types of rooms, single/double. There are kitchen and balcony in every rooms. WC&Bathroom seperate in doubles.

60TL per person per night Bed, Breakfast, Dinner.

Moreover, in cities such as Famagusta and Nicosia, accommodations can be provided near the Eastern Mediterranean University's Rauf Raif Denktas Culture and Congress Center.
